Ingredients: Sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat, whey powder, milk powder, maltodextrin, modified starch, glucose syrup, emulsifiers: E-472a, E-471, milk protein, thickeners: : guar gum E-412, carboxy methyl cellulose E-466, carob flour E-410, xanthan E-415, guar E-417, milk flavor.

Method of preparation: Hot or cold process. Suitable for the artisanal production of ice cream by pasteurization and cold process, production of refined ice cream, as well as for home use.
PREPARATION: Gradually mix the mixture with water and sugar until the powder is completely dissolved. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes, then stir again (briefly and vigorously) and pour into a soft ice cream maker.
